Guam Energy Office

The Guam Energy Office supports energy conservation energy efficiency, renewable energy programs and practices. A line agency within the Executive Branch, the Guam Energy Office implements energy programs utilizing grants that have been awarded by the U.S. Department of Energy State Energy Program (SEP). American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA). and the Wealthenzation Assistance Program (WAP).

Alliance to Save Energy (ASE)

ASE is a non-profit coalition of business, government, environmental and consumer leaders. The ASE supports energy efficiency as a cost-effective energy resource under existing market conditions and advocates energy-efficiency policies that minimize costs to society and individual consumers, and that lessen greenhouse gas emissions and their impact on the global climate.


American Council For An Energy Efficient Economy (ACE3)

ACE3 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing energy efficiency as a means of promoting both economic prosperity and environmental protection.


American Solar Energy Association (ASES)

ASES is a national organization dedicated to advancing the use of solar energy for the benefit of U.S. citizens and the global environment.


Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE)

CEE, a nonprofit public benefits corporation, develops national initiatives to promote the manufacture and purchase of energy-efficient products and services.


Contractors State License Board (CSLB)

CSLB projects consumers by regulating the construction industry through policies that promote the health, safety and general welfare of the pulbic in matters relating to construction.


Cool Roof Rating Council

The Cool Roof Rating Council was created in 1998 to develop accurate and credible methods for evaluating and labeling the solar reflectance and thermanl emittance (raidiative properties) of roofing products and to disseminate the information to all interested parties.
