P-401 Underground Conversion to GMH

This project includes the underground conversion of P-401 distribution feeder from San Vitores Substation Across from the Hilton Hotel to Guam Memorial Hospital.  The project route is in blue. 

Completion of this project will ensure quick restoration of power to the hospital after major typhoons.
