P-003 Underground Line Conversion

This project converts the overhead P-003 distribution feeder to an underground feeder along the route indicated in the figure below.  The project route is outlined in red.  The project route stretches along Cabras Highway from the Cabras-Piti Complex to the Port Authority of Guam.

When completed, this project will ensure quick restoration of power to the Port after major typhoon.  In past typhoons, damage to this feeder hampered the renewal of Port activities.
