Macheche to GAA 34.5 kV Underground Line Conversion

This project converts the Macheche to GAA 34.5 kV transmission line from Macheche Substation along the Harmon Loop Road up route 16 and route 10A to the Guam Airport Authority (GAA) Substation. This hardens the transmission line to the Guam Air Port.  This should ensure quick restoration of power to the airport after major typhoons. The project route is shown by the heavy black broken line in the figure below.
