Harmon to Tumon 34.5 kV Underground Line Conversion

This project converts the Harmon to Tumon 34.5 kV transmission line from Harmon Substation along Marine Corp Drive up route 16 through Sanchez and Finegayan Streets through North Marine Corp Drive to the Tumon Substation. Once completed, this project should ensure quick restoration of power to those along those areas after major typhoons. The project route is shown by the heavy black broken line in the figure below.
