Harmon to Tanguisson 34.5 kV Underground Lines Conversion

This project converts the Harmon to Tanguisson 34.5 kV transmission lines from Harmon Substation along Marine Corp Drive up route 16 through Sanchez and Finegayan Streets through Noh Marine Corp Drive to the Tanguisson Power Plant. The project route is shown by the heavy solid line in the figure below.
