| Guam Power Authority is currently implementing a Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone system at its three main campuses and several remote satellite offices. GPA hopes to reduce its telecommunicatios costs by over a quarter of a million dollars annually by consolidating its internal Voice and Data traffic over its Wide-Area Network (WAN). |
