In early 2006, SPORD coordinated a work session with key GPA personnel to perform a stakeholder analysis, identifying and prioritizing the issues GPA customers, staff, management and governing commissions had. GPA continues to develop this plan addressing new issues and updating strategies and tactics to resolve them.
