GWA Wastewater PMC & Task Force Support

Assisting the GM for Consolidated Utilities, John Benavente, SPORD provided leadership in drafting the bid documents for the GWA wastewater PMC multi-step bid. The bid closed in July 2006 and the contract was awarded to Veolia in November 2006. The contract commenced January 5, 2007 for an initial three year term with an optional two year extension. SPORD continues to provide support for addressing concerns regarding the water and wastewater utility.
