Overview

The Power Systems Control Center (PSCC) manages, monitors, and controls the Island-Wide Power System (IWPS) reliably, economically, and safely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; designs, installs, operates, upgrades, and maintains GPA's Energy Management System (EMS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA), and equipment including: Remote Terminal Units (RTU's), peripherals, application software, and databases.

To Provide GPA customers with reliable and economical electric service in a safe and efficient manner by managing, monitoring, and controlling the Island Wide Power System (IWPS) on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week continuous operation.
