Division Profile
Transmission & Distribution, or T&D, is the division responsible for operating and maintaining the facilities that deliver electrical power generated by the power plants to GPA's customers. The five sections that make up T&D are Overhead Lines, Underground Lines, Substation, Meter and Relay Shop, and T&D Administration. Made up of some of the finest employees of this island's government, you can always count on your T&D employees to get the job done.

Mission Statement
To efficiently transmit and distribute safe, clean, reliable, and affordable electrical power from the the power plants to our rate payers through the application of industry best practices to the island wide power system's (IWPS) Transmission and Distribution facilities.

Office Location
The T&D Service Center is located behind the Lucky Supply Wholesale Warehouse and Prestige Auto (BMW sales) in the village of Dededo. We are off Marine Drive, on the left as you head North, past the Y-Sengsong Rd. intersection.

Hours of Operation
Our normal operating hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, however, our troubleshooting crews operate around the clock, seven days a week. Should you experience an emergency regarding your power, please use the emergency contact numbers (671) 475-1472 /3 /4.
